APPOINTMENT POLICY
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service, and a cancellation fee may apply.
CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
To help us honor our providers’ time and allow other guests the opportunity to book, we maintain a 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice, the applicable $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.
REFUND POLICY/ SERVICES
All aesthetic treatments are non refundable. Individual results may vary, and while our providers strive to deliver optimal outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional sessions or corrective treatments needed to achieve the desired result will be at the client’s expense. If you experience an adverse or undesired reaction after pre-purchasing a treatment, we may offer a “like-for-like” service exchange at our discretion.
RETAIL PRODUCT POLICY
All retail sales are final. We do not issue refunds for purchased products. Should a product be deemed defective, it may be exchanged for the same item only, within 14 days of purchase.
GIFT CARDS & CERTIFICATES
Gift cards and gift certificates are non refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
PREPAID SERVICES & EXPIRATION POLICY
All prepaid treatments and service packages must be redeemed within 12 months of the original purchase date. Select promotional or event based purchases may carry a reduced validity period of 6 months, as clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Unused services beyond the expiration date will be forfeited and are non refundable.
