TIME OF APPOINTMENT POLICY:
A delay in your arrival will shorten your treatment time. We aim to execute your complete treatment within the remaining timeframe set for the appointment, yet we maintain the right to reschedule your booking if you’re more than 15 minutes late, and a cancellation fee may apply. (Refer to cancellation/absence policy)

CANCELLATION/ ABSENCE POLICY:
Skin Care By Design enforces a 24-hour cancellation/ absence policy intended to secure additional appointment requests for other clients and respect to our provider's designated time for treatments. Any appointment canceled or missed within this 24-hour period will incur a fee of $50 automatically charged to your account:

REFUND POLICY:
We kindly inform all our clients that refunds are not available for services rendered. Our goal is to achieve the anticipated result however aesthetic outcomes can vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Clients bear responsibility for any additional treatments needed to obtain the desired results.
PACKAGE PURCHASES: To obtain optimal results we offer some of our services built in to packages. Although we do not offer refunds, we can however place the dollar value of your purchased package on your account for it to be used on a future service in our spa as long as the package has not been used. All packages and prepaid services must be completed within one year of the date of purchase.
RETAIL: Please note that product purchases are non-refundable, except for special circumstances such as defective products that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds on purchased gift cards/certificates.
